Site Layers-overlay

archiMap gives you the physical site. This adds what it leaves out: the planning rules, the sun and the wind, lined up in the same drawing, plus a register of every fact for you to check.

Runs entirely in this browser tab. Your files are not uploaded anywhere. Only your pin coordinates are sent, to the NSW planning map services and Open-Meteo.

Copy it from archiMap, or right-click the spot in Google Maps. Six decimal places.

200 m reads a block. 400 m reads a neighbourhood.

With it, the new layers are added into your archiMap drawing. Without it, you get them on their own.

Now the real work. Every row below is one fact the tool is claiming. The verdict column is empty on purpose. Open the source, check the fact, and write your verdict in the downloaded CSV. An empty layer does not mean the site is unconstrained.

Three ways to run the same tool

This pageNothing to install and no account. Works on any recent laptop browser. The first load takes about a minute.

Google ColabDownload the notebook, then open it at colab.research.google.com with File › Upload notebook. Needs a Google account.

Your own computersite_layers_overlay.py and README. Needs Python 3.11 or later and one install line.
